Yes, you can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees—just let us know before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
Do I need a membership to record at the studio?
Nope! You can still book individual sessions without a membership, but members get priority scheduling, discounted rates, special perks, and unlimited booking on some packages.
What’s included in my membership?
It depends on what you choose! Every membership includes discounted studio time, and you can add services like social media clips, episode editing, distribution, and more.
Can multiple people share a membership?
Each membership is designed for one podcast brand or creator, but you’re welcome to bring guests or co-hosts to your sessions.
How do I schedule my studio time?
Once you sign up, you’ll get access to an exclusive booking calendar where you can reserve your sessions up to 6 months in advance.
Do you offer any help for new podcasters?
Yes! We offer onboarding support, walk throughs, and even full-service production options. Whether you're just getting started or scaling up, we’ve got your back.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours roll over as long as your membership stays active. If you pause or cancel your membership you have 30 days to use up any unused hours. After 30 days, your unused hours will expire and we will open up a new spot to another podcaster to use the member pass.
