Nope! We've got all the equipment you need right here. The only things you might want to bring are any branding items (banners, merch, etc) or something for your notes if you have them. After your session, we'll take care of the rest and send your files to you electronically.

Studio sessions do not include editing, but we do offer editing as an add-on service for those who need it.

After each studio session, you'll receive the raw video and audio files from each camera and microphone, giving you full control over the final edit.

For a fully polished edit with intros, outros, ads, and fine-tuned enhancements, ask a studio engineer about it anytime during your appointment.

Absolutely! We can adjust camera angles, change background colors to match your brand, hang banners or neon signs, and even switch up the décor to give your show a personal touch. You’re also welcome to bring in your own decorations or branding materials to make the space truly yours.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This ensures we can properly prepare for your session and keep our schedule running smoothly for all creators.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. For members, the session will still count toward your included hours.

This policy is in place due to the preparation that begins 2 days in advance, including staffing, equipment prep, and reserving your time slot exclusively for you. Thank you for understanding and working with us on this—we’re excited to help you create something amazing!

This happens to almost every podcaster at some point, so we recommend having backup content ready. It’s a great opportunity to create additional content for your podcast or brand!

If your guest cancels on you less than 48 hours before your appointment, the timeslot is still reserved for you. Almost all podcasts and brands need more than just episodes on a regular basis, so we see this as a chance for you to create additional valuable content.

You can record a solo episode, create short-form content, record intros or outros, or bring a different guest if available.
